These Terms & Conditions are included from a professional perspective; to give my clients and students a perspective and framework of the high standards I have, alongside the knowledge I provide my services with love and from a deeply spiritual place. These also help me comply, only partly, with insurance and the law. You will see many of them, are added for Spiritual Standards.

Healing: Please note that if you are suffering with a long term physical or emotionally disabling condition I will recommend a long term treatment of Reiki in order to facilitate your healing long term. It takes us years often to become so ill, and we must allow ourselves the time & space to heal.

Galilean Healing: Your 14-day legal cancellation period begins the day after purchase of your plan. As support and programme access begin immediately, the first monthly payment remains payable should you choose to cancel within this period; however, remaining future payments may be cancelled within the 14-day period.

After the 14-day cancellation period, all payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless the programme is cancelled by myself. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact me directly and I will review this at my discretion.

This programme is designed as a collaborative healing and transformational journey. The effectiveness of the work depends not only on the sessions themselves, but also on your willingness to engage with the home-study exercises, integration work, and practical tools provided between sessions.

For long-term emotional or physical conditions, ongoing support may still be beneficial following completion of the programme. Healing is a process which often requires time, consistency, and integration.

Support between sessions is provided via written WhatsApp or email message only. Voice notes are not included within programme support. Support is intended for brief guidance, accountability, emotional reframing, and integration support between sessions, rather than full coaching or healing sessions by message.

I aim to respond to support messages within 24–48 working hours, Monday to Friday during normal working hours. Messages sent outside these times will be responded to during the next working period.

This programme and any support provided within it are not a replacement for medical, psychiatric or emergency mental health care. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, feel that you may harm yourself or others, are in emotional crisis, or require urgent mental health support, please contact your GP, local emergency services, or a qualified mental health crisis team immediately.

Please ensure you seek the appropriate level of professional support whenever urgent medical or mental health care is needed.

Appointments within the programme require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to rearrange. As a self-employed sole trader, I greatly appreciate as much notice as possible when changes are required. Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice may be forfeited.

This programme is designed to focus deeply on one primary area of healing and transformation at a time in order to avoid emotional overwhelm or a healing crisis. If additional significant areas arise requiring deeper therapeutic focus, these may need to be addressed separately outside the scope of the current programme.

Deposits: I charge a deposit for all workshops and events minimally (with the remaining balance to be paid a week before the workshop) and may ask for the full ticket price in advance for some workshops; depending on price.

I also ask for deposits or full payment on healing and reading appointments.

This deposit or pre-booked ticket reflects your commitment, just in the same way that I commit to reserving your place and preparing workbooks, paying for venues in advance, or not giving your reading or healing slot to someone else, preparing for your appointment etc.

After paying a deposit or an invoice being issued, unless it is within 3 weeks of the workshop, you have 14 days to ask for a refund. Our contract begins a week before your workshop, as this is when the preparation for the workshop begins, and this is when your balance is due. This is your legal right.

After that they are non-refundable and non-transferable; except in exceptional circumstances which I will judge on a case by case basis. Or if you have someone to take your place.

Unless I cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances in which case an alternative date and/or refund will of course be provided. Covid exceptions apply.

Appointment Rearrangement & Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice should you need to rearrange a one-to-one appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client awaiting support, organise my diary effectively, and protect the time specifically reserved for your care and preparation.

As a self-employed practitioner, I greatly appreciate the courtesy and understanding of my clients in this regard.

In line with UK consumer law, online bookings include a 14-day cooling-off period. However, due to the level of preparation undertaken in advance of appointments, your service is considered to begin 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.

If your appointment falls within the 14-day cooling-off period, you remain entitled to cancel and receive a refund up until 48 hours before your appointment time. Once this preparation period has begun, refunds are no longer available, although appointments may still be rearranged with the required minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Please contact me in exceptional circumstances to see what I can do outside of this.

Pricing: I charge what I feel is appropriate for an energy exchange for time and work. If you would like me to travel outside my local area I will need to charge extra for petrol and time. I provide full and indepth training, workbooks and ongoing support for all my students and clients.

I price my Reiki One as competitively as I can afford to, in relation to the content I provide in comparison to other Teachers. I do this as it is my true wish for everyone to be aware of their energy and participate actively in their own healing journey. The professional qualifications I offer in addition are priced relative to the fact they are professional qualifications which will enable you to earn if you wish to.

On the personal healing workshops (Reiki One, Regression workshops and the like), I maybe able to offer you a discount if you are suffering financial hardship. For example evidence of being on benefits. Each case is assessed on a case by case circumstance, please ask if you would like me to consider this for you. They are given from the goodness of my heart where I can. Please note they do not extend to professional workshops and qualifications, or one to one work.

I offer many of my community groups at non-profit and offer house clearance for donation only. I offer heal the healer £5 Reiki sessions for carers and NHS workers; proof maybe asked for. Please look at my services on my quick book in page.

Insurance Terms and Conditions: As you would expect I am fully insured and can produce evidence if you require it.

In order to comply with the terms and conditions of my insurance I must state that ‘readings are for entertainment purposes only’. Please note that this statement does not take away from how seriously I take my work or how important I feel it is.

If you would like to see evidence of certificates of any of my qualifications, including my Reiki lineage back to Usui himself, then these are available.

Delivery: For shop items delivery to the UK mainland, postage and packaging, is charged for Smaller Items at £1.80 and £3.45 for larger items. Royal Mail Second Class Delivery; if you would like quicker delivery please ask. Postage is combined for multiples items in an order . For Orders over £65 delivery is free.

International postage is available at a flat rate of £10.95, with free delivery over £85 and is estimated at 7-10 days, depending on country. This time estimate is flexible.

Refunds: shop purchases are refundable within 14 days provided they are returned in a re-saleable condition and returned at your own expense.

Receipts and Invoices:

I do not produce receipts and invoices automatically. If you would like one, I carry an invoice book around to most places with me and can produce one for you. Or I can email you one afterwards if need be. Please just ask.

Online Video call

When you book your appointment; check your emails for a link and move the email in your junk/spam into your main inbox if needed. I use Google Meets. On a desktop the link opens without the need for the app through your internet explorer. If you are using a tablet, smart device or phone you will need to download the Meets app; so please give yourself time before the appointment to download if needed. There is a free basic login; NB if you have more than one Google account please use the one linked to the email address you used to book your appointment. Please note that if you are not using WIFI you may need to use mobile internet data on your phone or tablet; please refer to your mobile carrier and your contract to find out your data allowance.

You are welcome to record any meetings via a voice recorder on your device at your end; your device may already have an app for this purpose. If you would like me to record a meeting and/or a transcript please ask; these can be provided at extra charge of £5.

GDPR: All of your data is held confidentially and securely in line with GDPR and is only used within the parameters you give permission for.

Code of Ethics

As a Master and teacher of Reiki, and other healing disciplines, as a Spiritual Teacher and as a Hypnotherapist. I will:

Conduct myself in a professional and conscientious manner. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that I live up to any commitments I make to my students or to the public, and ensuring that my practices and behaviour conform to the representations I make about myself in holding myself out as a Reiki Master and Teacher, as a therapist and as a Spiritual Teacher who adheres to certain precepts.
Acknowledge the limitations of my skills and scope of practice and where appropriate, refer clients and students to seek alternative instruction, advice, treatment or direction.
Create and maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for my practice and my teaching.
Encourage diversity by respecting and being inclusive of all clients and students regardless of age, physical limitations, race, creed, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. If there is an area where you feel I can be more inclusive, on my site, in my language, in my treatments, in my venues or in my actions, I am open to hearing them and will do what I can to incorporate suggestions within my limits and values.
Respect the rights, dignity and privacy of all clients and students.
Avoid words and actions that constitute sexual harassment or harassment based on other legal protected characteristics.
Adhere to the traditional Reiki principles as written by Usui, the Wiccan Rede and the Spiritualist Principles, amended for modern practice. I believe that we are all on the same path to enlightenment, just taking different routes, and that everyone has a right to spiritual practice in a way that is fit for them and aim to show that through my own personal practice, which is inclusive and open.
Follow all regulation and law that pertain to my teaching and practice.
Demonstrate respect and support for spiritual and cultural values, diversity, social justice, freedom, democracy and the environment.
Be motivated by the best interests of the client and student entrusted to my care.
Be a positive influence, use professional judgement and empathy in practice.
Educate and inform my students and clients.
Be honest, reliable and demonstrate integrity, through moral action in my professional commitments, responsibilities and actions.

Covid 19 Policy

Teaching Workshops Are Face to Face, in Covid Safe environments, which have had a deep clean and will be continually cleaned during the day in high risk, highly used areas. Students advised of risks throughout the day, sat in well ventilated environments and distanced.

All students are able to wear a mask or visor if they wish to, in the workshops, not only to practice healing, but also to receive their attunements; please note all of which constitute Close Contact work. This area of the industry being strongly regulated.

Booking meets Covid requirements for warnings and Track & Trace.

Deposit and final balance refund policy is not valid in confirmed cases of Covid 19; full refund or rebooking is available.

We will only share this information with organisations such as the police or medical professionals where a formal and legal request has been made, or where we feel your life is at risk.

Your information is securely stored. We keep on an encrypted PC, the cloud and securely in paper for 7 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting digitally held information securely and paper information is shredded.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
